How to Opt-In

When you call or visit one of our stores you may be asked if you would like to receive text messages concerning promotions or related store information. If you agree verbally or in writing to receive text messages, you will then be sent a text message requesting you to confirm your desire to opt-in to this text alert system by responding "YES" to the message. You will then receive a message from Wicked Wings confirming you have opted in and providing you with contact and opt-out information.

You may also Opt-In electronically by submitting a text message to 444999 that contains the keyword or by completing the "SMS Signup" on the left. Upon texting in the keyword or completing the Opt-In form online, you will then receive a text message confirming you have opted in and providing you with contact and opt-out information. Message & Data rates may apply. We may send up to a maximum of 4 messages per month.

How to Opt-Out

To opt-out from our text system you can txt "STOP" to the short code you are subscribed to from your mobile phone and you will automatically be unsubscribed form our service. You will receive a confirmation that you successfully unsubscribed but will not receive any additional messages until such time you opt-in again. Alternately you can submit your phone number below to unsubscribe.

Terms & Conditions

Subscribers to mobile messaging program have opted-in to receive text messages from concerning sales, coupons, and other store related promotions.

Subscribers expressed an interest in receiving text messages when they called or visited or store or website. Subscribers only receive text messages from the restaurant to which they opted-in and the messages are only concerning the messages of interest.

All messages sent to subscribers are standard rate text messages. Message fees may apply, based on the type of text messaging program the subscriber has with his or her carrier. There are no additional fees assessed by Wicked Wings or the providers of the text messaging service and our program is considered standard service.


Wicked Wings will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.

Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
